CORE CHALLENGE

NatWest Commercial Banking faced an ongoing challenge to digitise their suite of business products traditionally offered through physical channels to serve customers better and faster with less friction across key processes. Specifically the objective was to look at a vast range of products in Trade Finance, Invoice & Asset Finance, Treasury Management, Online Banking and Liquidity Management to create a framework for online fulfilment.

We worked closely with NatWest's product and technology teams as well as 3rd party design agencies in order to prioritise, build, launch and manage key digital product journeys across the Commercial banking suite. This included creating shared components across the journeys, providing the bank with crucial analytics about digital product performance and connecting to both new and existing online fulfilment processes.

outcome

The bank successfully launched upwards of 30 new digital journeys online completely replacing paper and branch-based processes. Through our partnership we were able to significantly increase the efficiency, conversion and commercial impact of complex customer journeys.
